Mihnea Craciun is the founding Managing Director of Endeavor Romania, the local chapter of Endeavor, the leading global community of, by and for High-Impact Entrepreneurs. Since its set up in 1997, Endeavor has selected over 2,100 entrepreneurs from 40 markets and supported them to dream big, scale up fast and pay it forward.
Endeavor Romania was launched in 2021 is proud to have already selected two leading Romanian startups, FintechOS and DRUID, which have joined the global network. Supported by the local board including entrepreneurial companies like Autonom, Dedeman, Globalworth, UiPath, Arobs or Centrico Selir, financial institutions like Banca Transilvania and the EBRD, and reputable law firms such as RTPR, Endeavor Romania is focused on supporting Romanian startups get access to talent, markets and finance.
Prior to starting Endeavor Romania, Mihnea had a 20-year career in structured finance and investment banking, at ING and the EBRD, and was between 2015-2021 the deputy head of EBRD Romania.
