Julie Xu is a senior product designer at Carta, where she leads product design on a new 0->1 product for employees. Carta helps companies, investors, and employees manage equity and learn how it works.

Prior to Carta, she worked at a Y-combinator unicorn company called Snapdocs, where she led product design on the consumer and settlement teams, helped scale the design team by 5x, and spearheaded the creation of their first design system. 

Julie also leads group coaching sessions about influencing strategy as a product designer at RETHINK. RETHINK is a community of senior level product designers and design managers navigating growth, ambiguity, and change.
