Albane is responsible for the global operations of the company : supply & hardware chain of its 7 data centers, in France, Holland and Poland, from R&D to fleet maintenance and CSR. Her team is also responsible for developing new Scaleway data centers throughout Europe, and for ensuring these facilities count amongst the most sustainable on the continent. Albane spearheads major strategic shifts, transforming IT from a functional focus to an enabler of innovation for the business, and integrating the finance organization to support a truly global company.
Previously, Albane rose through the ranks of the Luxury Industry at L’Oréal and LVMH where she learned rigor and excellence, key values of these companies and their market. She is an inspirational leader who tells stories that inspire action while at the same time is grounded in financial information that levers the business. Respected as a credible voice in decision making, finding strategic partners, and establishing governance boundaries.
She holds a degree in Marketing and Purchasing from the University Dauphine. Albane leads mainly by example, always doing her best and encouraging others to do the same as a mentor and advisor at Startup Weekend Women, and others. She leads CSR projects within Scaleway that align with the company’s vision to serve as an engaged corporate citizen.
