Owen E. H. Meyer is a technology-centric venture and hedge fund manager. Transacting 100+ venture capital and private equity investments (12 of which are SpaceX) as the Founder & CEO of Meyer Global Management (www.meyerglobalmgmt.com), he has generated top quartile returns for his investors. The firm, based in New York, manages a venture capital fund, private equity fund, special purpose vehicles, and a traditional long/short equity hedge fund, looks to address the hybridization of private equity and public equity investment interest.
Mr. Meyer has also held 8 board advisory positions and 4 interim-CFO positions at early-stage technology businesses spanning across 3-D manufacturing, space technology, blockchain, and consumer retail subsectors. He has a background as an M&A investment banker working for Societe Generale in New York and started his career as an investor for a hedge fund, Harvest Management.
He holds Executive Education Certifications from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, Entrepreneurship, and Neuroscience. Mr. Meyer graduated early with high honors from Stony Brook University in 2011.
